Stray is a 2022 adventure game developed by BlueTwelve Studio and published by Annapurna Interactive. Formerly known as HK_Project, the game was released for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Windows. It follows the story of a stray cat who falls into a world populated by robots, machines and viruses and sets out to return to its family.

The game is a third-person adventure game. It has open world elements, with a focus on atmosphere, exploration, and art.[1][2] The player controls a stray cat who falls into a world populated by robots and ventures to return to his family. They must solve puzzles to progress the narrative, including moving obstacles and traversing platforms. The player is accompanied by a drone companion named B-12, who can assist by translating the language of the robots and storing items found throughout the world. One of the game's enemies are Zurks, who will attack the player in vicious swarms.

a really sweet game with a good story, unfortunately a bit too short, nice graphics. a cat lover must play this, one of the nicest games i have played, it reminds me of my cat who looked almost the same but unfortunately died a few months ago. Definitely a good game that triggered emotions from time to time. recommended

This is such a a beautiful game, definitely one of my most favorite I've played so far. Beat it twice, and both times the end gave me chills. I love the lore, the music, the smooth animations and just almost everything about it is perfect. Probably my most favorite parts are the chase scenes and the cutscenes. I like how the cutscenes blend but not so much do where it's hard to tell when it ended or not. I could go on and on about all the things I love about this game. Probably my most favorite part of the game is the ending, which isn't dramatic unlike most games. I like how the ending of it isn't dramatic but still links up to the rest of the game, it doesn't rush you like most endings of games. When I beat it both times I just felt as if the game was saying, "though it came at a cost, you did exactly what you intended to do." I love how this game brings such simple mechanics into such an open and diverse world.

I Like how @ 19:58 when the cat gets the backpack he just falls over and then walks like he's so uneasy. Any cat owner that's tried to put their kitty in a harness can relate to that lol.

This game was so interesting to play! The animation is spot on for the cats, and they were good enough to fool my dog who went straight up to the TV whenever he saw the cat. Completely put him in a trance watching me play this game!

This is the greatest game I’ve ever played. Usually I don’t get excited about new games, but on this one, I just so happened to discover it the day before release for PS4. Sometime later, I played it and, wow! The story was great, the graphics and soundtrack is incredible and I enjoyed every bit of it until the downfall of B-12. That part made me shed a tear and normally I’m tough to not do it. Other than that, this game is incredible and you are a *cat.*

Lovely game. I watched the whole 3 hours from beginning to the end. I don’t want to spoil it for others so stop reading here, but I was expecting to see a bit more of the “outside” at the end :( but overall it was a great game, like watching a movie 🍿

Yeah, don't skip through the dialogue. It ruins the immersion for us all, plus missing out on mission hints leads to a lot of time wasting like finding the last journal in the flats above, which was clearly stated
