Tagaytay is only 2 hours from Manila, you should have passed there. From that, you’ll see Taal volcano, a small volcano located in a lake

The underground river in Puerto Princessa may not be worth it. It will take an entire day to go see the cave. There are pros and cons for this trip. Might as well explore the visit of Puerto Princesa or take the Honda Bay tour. You may also go South to Brooke's Point or Narra.
