In this video, I paint up the Super Clod Buster body, apply the decals and take it for a blast in the garden.

Great low-cost £9.85 each 25KG waterproof servo that I use in my RC cars.

Well done on the body. Looks really nice in the blue. Going to do mine exactly the same. Etch primer unfortunately only works on metal because of the phosphoric acid in it.

Did mine in the recommended colors Tamiya Mica Blue and Gunmetal but I like the all-blue. I skipped all the decals except for Color Works on the lower rear quarters and 4x4x4 on the tailgate. I'd wanted the original Clod for years so hand-cut the decals so it just says Clodbuster. Very happy with the result.

Excellent job Gav, will be ordering my Clod Buster or Clog Buster at the end of the month.

jumps😁🙏. Thank you! Extend the shelving into the Sherwood Forest there to your left. Take down a few of those trees, build that track, hire more Great work on the channel as a whole!

Clodbusted’s YouTube channel has tons of info on this truck. And he knows the people who make the custom chassis like the metal one you showed in your video.

Rit dye it works out nice for things like that. Been using since I was about 11 in 86.

The Blue Looks Cool I had a 1994 Ford F250 body for my old home made Monster Truck in 1996 but my monster had a lunch box 2 speed setup but I had 92x82mm tiers 8.4volt battery but it was able to yous a 12Volt

Tamiya is the missing link between hobby grade RC and plastic models I love them I wish I could build all the kits

Hi mate, I can highly recommend Upol clear high pressure cans, they also do black (satin, gloss, matt), white and silver but the clear lacquer is a game changer, heat is a must and will vastly reduce the amount of orange peal.

JConcepts makes a beautiful carbon chassis for this.

Nice work. To leave a gab on the side decals was the right decision. Carefully cut the front decals with a sharp knife, at the corner of the cabin. Then aline the rear ones at the corner, don't go into the gab. Or you get problems with the decal at the back. If you want to fill the gab with black trimline. I recommend the chassis conversion kit from Jconcepts and the servo conversion kit (one for front steering or two for four wheel steering - third channel and a mixer should be kn the radio system).

just finished watching the video and I would really suggest building another starting with a set of gear casses and metal axel tubes.. there will be nothing left of the clod once you get going.. I will be building another myself and thats how I am going to do it
