"Legend" is a former US Army Intel NCO and key member of Vets4NRF (National Resistance Front of Afghanistan). Legend joined the US Army at age seventeen and served on multiple deployments to the Middle East under the Department of of Defense during the Global War on Terror. He now supports the NRF, the last resistance against Taliban rule in the region.

Legend is risking his anonymity to bring information to light for the American people. Much in line with recently surfaced news reports, he provides an alternate account of the disastrous Afghanistan withdrawal. Most frighteningly, he reveals that the United States is sending over forty million taxpayer dollars, per week, directly to the Taliban regime. Legend also shares the growing threats that Chinese alliances are building in the region.

I worked at a VA during the pull out of Afghanistan. My ward had 9 veterans, myself included who were staff members on that floor. And of course all of the patients we had were veterans. I didn't go overseas, but every single patient and co-worker had gone to Afghanistan, at different points during the 20 years being there.

I saw such an utter level of devastation, anger, betrayal, and sadness on the look of every person in our hospital. This God Damn country is being run by people who fuck over it's constituents, it's service members, and even it's own allies. This is not the America I grew up in. This is not the America I want to keep living in. And this certainly isn't the America I swore an oath to protect. WE need to make a change, right these wrongs. Politicians are THE problem. We are passed the point of voting out our problems. We need men like Legend to call out these flaws and show everyone how much our government lies to us, and hear the consequences directly from the survivors of our mistakes. That's where we start to fix problems.
