Also make some time to cry, journal, etc, to work through whatever hardship you're facing.
After my last breakup I literally set an hour timer once a day to just cry solidly - sounds crazy but really helped me to feel and then release the emotions.

Some introverts will probably try to neglect the social connection part. The catch is that introverts want to spend time alone but they don’t want to feel lonely. Two completely defining things.

She is right. I use to isolate and it made me feel even worse! When I got a solid support system, new routine, and changed my diet it amazed me just how much these things matter! ❤

The problem is i don't have such people in my surroundings for social connection ( i mean there are people but not everyone is worth talking...i regret talking to some people) and because of this i get depressed....i desperately crave for social connection with some people with whom i vibe with😢

Finally! Someone who understands these! Yep, sleep is CRUCIAL; it is one of the things that actually keeps you feeling fully alive/conscious. And as for my profile, I have had/have just decent social connections, I try to maximize my nutrition from the food available, I do kind of have a routine part of my day, and exercise was not particularly good in the hard times in high school, an unfortunately I had to knock down the most crucial one which is sleep 😭. Thankfully, I have mostly healed from my sleep deprivation, and plan to NEVER let it repeat again. I have realized that a lot of people don't care much about how important sleep is, but I do!

It is incredibly hard to maintain proper social connections when you have been cruelly betrayed and discarded too many times.
I have a dog to go to parks, try going to dance classes etc. However all social interactions demand a huge amount of energy from me. I find myself completely drained, unable to relax or trust.

Social connection has been the hardest one to just have let alone maintain.
I do have a bit of that now though, although not in person friends.

Makes sense as to why so many women struggle with their mental health post partum. Every single one of those things changes and becomes a struggle on a daily basis without the right support from family and friends x

I lost my wife, found her about an estimated 30 minutes after she committed her self harm Act... I pulled people closer. I've been trying to improve my health by making more time for walks every day, and following better portion control. Trying to keep a routine on top of going through what i need to of her things.

Sleep however, i feel I'm getting, but people feel I'm not... i don't know if I'm waking up without realizing it during the night.

That is absolutely true and with trauma it is even more important to keep up those practices.

I let all these things slide slowly after facing failures. But had to restart. These are a total Banger defences to achieve the goals. Realised it slowly but I don't miss on being consistent in my work and doing daily exercise. To be able to hit your daily healthy routine, good sleep is necessary. I hope to see results in weight loss and improvement in my results at work in next 3 months.

Tracking these things has helped me improve. Stats = the info we require to better ourselves. Love this woman - such great advice always ❤
