Mike, I really appreciate this video. My brother and I spent a lot of time together many decades ago when we were in college and had a firewood business. Although we worked like dogs, the enjoyment was payment enough for the work. Love watching you work with your brother! 👍💪

Thanks Mike, I don't know why but I really enjoy watching anything related to making firewood. I heat strictly with wood so I'm a constant slave to the wood pile myself. At least it is better than going to the gym. I really enjoy you channel.

Hey Mike nice video. I like splitting maple. As far as moisture content goes, I’ve found that when the wood is frozen you don’t get as accurate of a reading. I would check it again when it’s above freezing and see if it’s any different. Nice hat!
