🔥 Frequently Asked Questions:

*How much yarn will I need?* This is a very tricky question to answer as there are so many variables! How much yarn you need will depend on which yarn you choose, the thickness of that yarn, your tension and how large you want your finished project to be. I suggest making a small sample first so you can gauge how much yarn you'll need. If making a crochet square, you can weigh your finished square to work out how much yarn it used!

*How many squares do I need for a blanket?* That all depends on the size of the square you are making and how big you want your finished blanket to be! I always advise making one square first then measuring the size of it. From there you can work out how many squares you will need to get the blanket size you want 😀

I absolutely love this pattern. I just finished it for my middle child. I cannot wait to see her little face when she sees it.

I love this shawl. I made a few of them about two years ago. EVERY time I wear one I get compliments. Thank you for sharing the pattern. I'm going to start another today.

You've actually clearly shown how to picot. Thanks. Usually the crocheters don't actually show that stitch. They say how, but their hands are usually in the way.

Absolutely beautiful shawl, I'm making one right now with shawl in a ball yarn. The gradient is so pretty because of this simple yet elegant pattern. Thank you so much for the time stamps, clear instructions and attention to details on your video, it truly helps make this easy to understand and follow for any first- time and long-time crocheters. 😍🧶

Great video! It looks like it would be really complex but you make it look easy. Reminding me of the steps on every round really helps it “stick” in my brain. Looking forward to making this!

I cannot thank you enough for the easy-to-follow tutorial that you posted. I was actually able to follow you without having to repeatedly stop the video to see where I got lost & why my project looked drastically different than the instructor (i.e., like I was crocheting a stuff pet worm). You are amazing & greatly gifted. Thank you again🙂.

Took up crochet at Christmas and this was only my 3rd endeavor - it may have taken me way longer than it should due to inexperience and very thin untwisted cotton yarn BUT it is finished, beautiful and I am so so proud of it. It is a rainbow shawl made for my daughter to wear to Pride - it can also be worn as a beach wrap (who knew!). Thank you so much for the excellent tutorial - what started out as I'll see if I can do it turned into wow I made that, what next? Crochet addicted. If I could post you pictures I would, thank you!

I'm doing this shawl again. It's easy and fun. This time I am doing it in a lovely silver metallic with tiny sequins for a family wedding in Hawaii. It will be perfect for a chilly evening.
