That's good PR from Valve for sharing the new OW system is currently being implemented. As the player's POV, every new update has never talked about anti cheat despite other players keeps seeing cheaters every day.

After Valve shared that OW is in the works, it really calms the players down.

Like Warowl said, it doesn't make any sense for the bullets tracers to come out of your viewmodel/rifle barrel when in fact in cs they come from your crosshair which is the middle of the screen so I don't see why they messing around with that when switching from left to right. The Overwatch system won't do much either in terms of fixing cheating. A new effective anticheat is required and everyone knows it.

Overwatch is not enough to even put a dent in the cheating problem. I really hope "trusted partners" is a hired third party that specializes in anticheat because if the community has to do Valves (multibillion doolar company) job for them then it's straight up nonsense.

You can fix the keyboard bug by typing +forward in the console, found this out when it happened to my friend yesterday.

the step no step bug has been a thing for a long time but i just dont think anyone tested it very hard. i know from my officials i would call out that someone made a step when they did that while spectating them and they said they didnt and vice versa. The silent half step to swing isnt consistent at all like it was in go.

Valve really needs to make the bob animation changeable, even if it's a simple console command that enables the old bob animation again. Really hate the new "improved" bob, personally.

talk everything you want about the state of the game, anything, but for POV i can clearlly see valve doing their job trying to fix these things, idc i played so many games that the dev jsut didnt cared about the state of the game, its good to see this type fo commitment from them... :D

I'm glad to finally hear that they are at least working on something regarding the anti-cheat. If it was up to me though, I would gladly scrap the subtick system and replace it with 128 tick servers as well, because subtick clearly isn't working as intended. Spraying feels wierd and you can't hit taps just as usual like you did in CSGO, but somehow the new mechanics in CS2 favor running/jumping + shooting and it's completely bogus.

They also need to prioritize optimizing the game's performance for more fps since the game is becoming more like a AAA COD game in terms of spec requirements and we don't need that in a game like CS.

Its not problem that there is glitches and bugs after new update, the only good thing is that they fix it very fast after update. Every game have glitches and bugs with new update...

You cannot see other players viewmodels, when spectating it has this awful viewmodel that applies to everyone. Great video btw.
