Hello do we need a verified business account to integrate bots into meta and IG messenger? Messenger App doesn't even show up as an option and verification is taking a while.

This is incomplete. It doesn’t say you have to send the app to Meta for review. For anyone trying to figure out why their bot isn’t responding to friends / family, it’s because you have to go through the review process.

I followed your procedure but when I test the Chatbot by asking a friend to test with their WhatsApp number, the Chatbot does not respond
