The Bells 4000 Series firewood processor is built with the same durability and end user efficiency as the 6000 series firewood processor, with less overhead cost. Production can be estimated at 4 full cord per hour with minimal effort. With a 22″ diameter capacity and 20′ log length, you can be sure that this machine will take anything in your woodpile.

All of the controls on the 4000 series firewood processor can be operated with one hand on our custom joystick. Fingertip controls give ergonomic operation to maximize user efficiency. All of the operator functions including the live deck, adjustable splitter wedge, output conveyor with reverse and hydraulic lift, saw/grab arm/log stop assembly, splitter, and infeed conveyor are on the joystick. With a comfortable operator seat you can be sure that there will be no more sore backs at the end of the day.

All aspects of our firewood processors result in less effort. With an aggressive tooth on our infeed conveyor, almost nothing will stop a log from progressing to the saw. Our live deck is raised substantially, meaning logs will enter the infeed trough with ease. Eliminating log pile ups and the necessity of a cant hook.

An adjustable hydraulic log stop gives perfect length wood from 12-20 inches first time every time. Automatic retraction eliminates bar jams while giving your customers a block that is always a consistent length, without the chance of operator error.

A folding engine cover keeps a 60hp CAT Turbo Diesel out of the weather while still retaining servicablility.
