Im a subscriber and an earlier riser in Austin TX. I get the dings rather consistently when you drop new stuff, usually in the morning here. This was a good video. Didn’t see boasting at all, just some nice transparency on how you run things. Happy for the success you’ve had. I think I started following in 2019 and it’s been cool to see the gradual progression over the years. Would love to see a video specifically on the lag effect of rates. Before it’s too late 😉. 🙏🏽

The only thing that bothers me from this channel, and it's not your fault, is all the scammy comments where you can't even have people's opinions which is a big part of how I consume content.

It's the case with any finance channel really which is a shame.

I feel investors should be focusing on under-the-radar stocks, and considering the current rollercoaster nature of the stock market, Because 35% of my $270k portfolio comprises of plummeting stocks which were once revered and i don't know where to go here out of devastation.

Nobody in their right mind would ever take financial advise from people that are NOT successful to some degree. Showing us how you put your advise to practice AND become successful in doing so is an important part of this whole thing, and the main thing that sets you apart from scammers who only sell courses. Nobody could ever accuse you of "flexing" because of that. Keep up the good work!
