Starmer: Labour 'blew the doors off' in Scottish by-election

Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer was all smiles in Scotland after his party triumphed in the Rutherglen and Hamilton West by-election.

Michael Shanks defeated the SNP's Katy Loudon by 17,845 votes to 8,399 - a majority of 9,446 and a 20.36% swing from SNP to Scottish Labour.

Labour conservative there all the same. Keir starmer loves his own voice. They all offer things they don’t give. There all the same. Sunak can not change and labour won’t change. The Barnett formula was created in 1978 to assist the Scotland who traditionally had lower wages than England, and also to help with cost due to the geographic spread for health services. The additional funding per head in Scotland approx 1, 500 per head more than England. This is wrong and should be scrapped. Even Lord Barnett, in later years, thought it should be ended,

I see some headlines today, Starmer takes Scotland! Counting his chickens a bit. Starmer was put in place by the establishment, therefore works for the establishment, he is just another Tory. Proper `Labour` members are deserting the party because of him, and one union so far has withdrawn funding for Labour. A movement has even started to have Starmer removed, and funny enough it starts in Liverpool the same day as their party conference, organised by ex labour members, celeb`s etc.
