The force was a pathway to many abilities some would consider to be unnatural, including teleportation. In legends, Palpatine was able to use the ability known as force storm to open up the fabric of reality and teleport Luke Skywalker across the galaxy. However teleportation was not limited to dark siders. The aiing-tii monks were a light side order that studied all aspects of the force. They learned how to teleport using the force by clearing one's mind of everything except the location they wanted to go. However, this technique was extremely risky as if the force users concentration wavered for just one second, a part of their body might get left behind. Groups of aiing tii monks were able to use this ability to teleport entire ships, although it is known that this ability would leave the users completely exhausted.

If Luke can become the living embodiment of the force then he can teleport. He literally left his body to fight abeloth on a different plane of existence, took major damage and won. Now if he was able to survive that without losing concentration then he definitely can teleport.

Now think about your in a battle and you seemed to be winning then out of nowhere Grandmaster Luke steps into existence, then 100 Jedi steps out of nowhere with blades lit.

You left out the part where they taught this to Luke and he was able to teleport objects to himself. It was demonstrated in the last legends book (i believe) when Luke teleported something of Ben's to his hand
