MF Fire catalyst wood burning stove reviews (is the nova wood insert any good?)

These are brand new stoves we just received and I was a little skeptical at first with another stove line. But I love this wood insert ! Anything EPA certified these days is always good quality. But its safe to say this stove has a superior viewing area, and the burn looks great. That is what I was most impressed with is how large it is.

Since there is no kind of manual air control is there some kind of thermostat control similar to Blaze King stoves?

I love this! How do you get it to NOT be smoky in the house though? There was a ton of smoke coming out when you opened the door. My fear of real wood fireplaces! Actually looks like the "MF Catalyst " may be smokeless. How come you have not done a review on that one? Thank you!

Does it have a screen so you can leave the door open to hear the crackling fire? Is the top sturdy enough to cook on if power goes out?

Does the MF fire nova 2 insert come with a surround? Or is the surround a separate purchase?
