When I was given my first leadership position, I was trained in all of the tasks, such as inventory management, scheduling, budgeting, etc.

But there wasn’t any coaching or mentoring around the relationship element of leading

As a result, and I see this in many of the clients, I coach, we become internally focused, and can create many opportunities for growth.
