people who hate Kaachi really show how much they romanticize Koreans and the Culture.
Yet don't realize how diverse South Korea really is.
It's super mixed just like America.
You don't have to be a certain ethnicity to make American music, just be an American.
You don't have to be Korean to make Kpop, just be a Korean in Culture.
If you're Mexican, White, African... You're still American.
Korean, White, African... If you're born in Korea, speak the language, are in the Culture.
you're Korean.
Funny thing is no Koreans had a single problem with Kaachi... it was just Westerners who fetishise the country and want it to be a certain way.
Most kpop artist come from Japan not even knowing Korean Culture.
funny enough Koreans actually give them more hate for being Japanse than Westerners do.
It's like Westerners just need you to be Asian and they'll accept you as a Kpop idol.
While Koreans actually favor a born in Korea White idol as apposed to a foreign Japan idol.
I don't understand why people made things so difficult for them, Kpop is not an Asian only party.
Just speaking Korean really is enough.
Just like many Korean niche SoundCloud artist who never been to America in their life, yet they make American/English music.
It's a music genre.. not your damn romatic fantasy
