Realistically, the silent ball is cool. Never use it to practice it dribbles like a 1/4 flat basketball.

I actually have this, and i would say the only positive is that you can practice dribbling low, because for me the bounce doesn't replicate a regular basketball. Another thing is that it's made out of foam.
