This videos to help roofing sales companies, make the decision on purchasing sales training for their sales people and new recruits. This is a hard decision that many companies struggle with and this is my opinion after 10 years in the roofing sales industry.
My name is Adam File, creator of six-figure roofing salesman. I’m a coach and consultant, helping roofing sales people, teams, and managers get to the income. They deserve through ethical and transparent selling methods.
Many roofing companies struggle on deciding whether or not, they should purchase roofing sales training programs for their sales people and new recruits. This is understandable because this is a large investment in money to buy a roofing sales training and a large investment in time not to buy a roofing sales training. This decision I guess depends on how valuable one’s time is. In my personal opinion I think the only way to scale a roofing company to the size and profit most people want is by implementing some sort of sales training program. This allows the company to train large groups of recruits at once, and also has all of your salespeople on the same page.
