Some more outstanding coaching here with the phenomenal Muay Thai legend that is Saenchai (alongside the equally brilliant Addy Singpayak Rentapmuaythai) from my time earlier on in the year at the inaugural Amazing MuayThai Festival in Hua Hin, Thailand.

I was kindly invited to attend the event by @TrayvaleTravel (who were one of the main organisers in conjunction with WBC MuayThai and Fan Club Thailand : UK & Ireland).

In this clip, taken during one of his brilliant seminars at the event, he goes over a couple of different ways he likes to catch and counter the teep whilst sparring or fighting.

Having been out there with them on a couple now, I cannot recommend them enough 🤯🔥😍

The next Amazing Muay Thai Festival takes place 2nd-5th February 2024 at Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok! You definitely won’t want to miss it!!

Book yourself a trip through Muaythai Holidays and get following these outstanding individuals and organisations across all social media today!!

Pay attention to his hand when dropping the opponent’s foot . He pulled the foot to prevent opponent escaping then landed the powerful kick/knee. This is the key as opponent will try to jump back once being released which makes the kick/knee easy to miss.

Personally I would have gone for a sweep, but damn, all those options were clean. 😁👍

That high kick is amazing because if someone takes your foot and throws it back, you loose balance and get down your hands a little by instinct, and then you eat foot for dinner

I am planning to sign up for muay thai. but my knees are not in perfect condition. I wonder if that would be a problem? Also not sure how to decide if this one is for me. I was thinking boxing initially.
