Challenging an election can be "private" &/or "official". Any CITIZEN must be able to say, "HERE is something that compromises this election; this issue MUST be addressed to ensure the result is valid." But, an individual, who is also a government office holder, HAS, in my view, A DUTY to SPEAK UP if something compromises the outcome.

The question is whether a President collecting payments from Private companies through family members is a act that can be prosecuted.

If we can't have justice in the Supreme Court, the country will be lost.

Justice Roberts is right, what kind of a defence is " we should prosecute because we can prosecute", Roberts is basically highlighting every prosecution taking place against Trump at the moment

Why is questioning the results of an election a problem to begin with? WHAT THE FUK?

The courts better straighten up and stop the abuse of justice, or we will have to straighten these courts out, even if that means removing every last Judge and giving them the Mussolini treatment.

The president shouldn’t have to consult a lawyer before doing something. It’s an absurd notion.

One of my all time favourite statements, actually said in the Supreme Court, “trust me, I’m from the Government and I’m here to help you “. I’m laughing all night. 😂
