This is a great video! Thank you! So, quick question. I am currently paying $2.99 AND $9.99 for storage! UGH. If i cancel the $2.99 plan, will i lose any of my stored data, or will the 2TB cover everything? If I can just move to one plan, I will then begin to move my stuff over to the shared albums like you suggest and get off these monthly fees. TY!!!!

I moved app my photos and videos to a shared folder but it didn’t free up any space on my phone. I waited 12 hrs to make sure they all upload, made sure to delete them from the phone and clean out “recently deleted”. Not sure why it didn’t free up space on my phone 🤷‍♂️

I have created the shared album and transferred the selected photos to it. Then when I go back to those photos from the main library and re-select those same photos and click to delete them from my phone, I get this message: “These items will be deleted from iCloud Photos on all your devices. They will be in Recently Deleted for 30 days.” My question is, if I go ahead and delete the items at this step, will the photos also be deleted from the shared album since the shared album is also on iCloud? Thank you in advance for your help!!

Hi, can i do it when my storagd is already full? I followed the steps But when I try to add anything to the album it just prompts ‘LOW DISK SPACE, there is not enough available storage to download these photos…’
