This may not be the season that the Candians break into the playoffs again but, with the amount of confidence this younger group is gaining each season, it would not surprise me to see them as contenders in the next couple years!

The savard penalty is probably the worst bullshit penalty of the year. Savard didn't even touch him. So cute of sn to not even show it. Anyways good for the win and the first line really showing up. If we can win tomorrow, we're back in the race. Go habs go 💪

Really good game by the Canadiens but it was almost derailed by a very bad call by the refs!
With the game 3-1 Canadiens in the 3rd period, the ref calls Savard for slashing! The replay CLEARLY showed Suter was hit in the knee with a point shot by his own player! Savard's stick DID NOT slash Suter but the ref saw Suter go down and gave Savard an unwarranted penalty! The Canucks of course score on the ensuing PP! I noticed SN didn't show the bad call 🙄🤨!
If the Canucks came back to tie or win the game, that bad call could have had severe and unwarranted adverse repercussions to the playoff picture! There are too many bad calls by the refs in the NHL! The NHL has to do something about the poor officiating!🤦‍♂
The ref who made that call should be suspended and fined!
Fortunately for the Canadiens they scored an empty net goal to secure the win!

Boeser has to walk or re-sign for 2-3 years at way less than what he wants. I remember the 'westcoast express' days and Bertuzzi's size lessened the load on Naslund and Morrison. Petterson is seriously underweight for his height. Canucks need to sign someone who plays a rough game and is over 6'2'' and 220, pair him with The Unseen and just park him in front of the net. Canucks now remind me of the Sedin days when they were endlessly cycling and not shooting. This season is a waste.

Van's D-play on the blue line is just horrendous. How many pucks did Mancini drop out?? Hard to establish any offensive pressure during those circumstances. QH is sorely missed.

Chytil looked so good before the 4 Nations and now he looks very average. I guess he is just settling into being a Canuck

The Canucks came out with no urgency whatsoever tonight... Before the game Boeser was stripped of his A for his poor performance and soft play this season...The Canucks are cooked... At least the Greedy ownership won't make any money off playoff games this season...😂😂

New rule in the nhl you get a penalty for lifting a stick but when Anderson was interfered with, Army hit well after he didn’t have the puck and Caufield gets cross checked to the ice those are not considered penalties
