This morning, the St.Ignatius High School in Santa Elena Town, Cayo District, took a significant step toward empowering the next generation of innovators by launching its first-ever STEM program focused on Engineering and Architecture. The innovation of these programs marks a historic moment for the school, which aims to inspire students to explore and excel in STEM fields. The development of the curriculum saw the assistance of Association of Professional Architects in Belize and Association of Professional Engineers to ensure that students are not only prepared with an education but are also inspired to contribute to the nation. Alrick Flowers, the Secretary for the Association of Professional Architects, expanded on the learning outcomes from such a program.
