If you listen closely during the market segment in Life is Strange 2 you'll see both Daniel and Chris sitting next to one another with Chris telling him all the things that he did during the awesome adventures of captain spirit depending on the choices you've made in that game. They could talk about who had the high score on hawtdawg man or when Chris took a puff of his dads cigarette.

The 1337 train is probably my favourite character just saying

The 1337 train appears in LIS BTS too (first sawmill approach scene with Chloe standing on the rails). Also if you chose to sacrifice town, it should be destroyed and not appear in LIS2, because we can see the crashed derailed 1337 locomotive during the walking through the storm scene near the diner.
