the biggest problem i see for low voter turn out is the dates of voting is not clear.. i have to google search exactly on what date my constituency is going for voting.. people who live away from their constituency will have to take a leave to vote but if they dont know exactly which date to vote on how will they go.. the dates of election have yo be publicised by bjp karyakartas i feel.
