Elections, in view of whether.
Whether one state is due for
Elections or not, like finance bills, should be done.

Why every thing other than POLLING be done on same day or in one week all.over India?
FOr example a candidate who contests in place A. AFTER THE POLLING if he thinks he may not wins, flies to some other Corner of India where NOMINATION LAST DAY IS NOT YET OVER.
That means for same election even after commencement of polling in one part of india, the process of polling like nomination yet to get started.
Instead why cant polling start after finalising candidates nationally? If any one wants to contest in two seats he should nominate before POLLING STARTS ANYWHERE IN IBDIA.
