Here's the real story on the Big Bang flash mobs as taken from The Big Bang Theory book by Jessica Radloff....
Kaley Cuoco: "The first one we did Jim didn't want to participate but we had him come on at the end and he said, "Bazinga!" And the next time he said he would do it and he had fun. It was so cute. It's the same with how I took photos constantly on that set. I forced this on everyone but then they're so happy in the end."
Jim Parsons: "The flash mobs were both terrible and wonderful. It was always like, "Oh my God, we're going to learn another goddamn dance?! OK, fine." And then, the worker bee in me just loves to try and get things right and do them as well as I can, so I'd be home alone practicing and even write out my own language of choreography. I guess it was the whole thing of 'nobody can help and I can only help myself'. Choreographed dancing is not my thing in case you were wondering. But one day I was in the kitchen practicing and Todd [Jim's husband] taped it without my knowledge and sent it to Kaley. I'm very entertaining for him when I'm not irritating."
Mayim Bialik: "It was really fun to see the look on Chuck's face and our writers and producers when we did those flash mobs. I loved that Kaley initiated that as a surprise and a gift to them and our audience. It was just so much fun. And those songs are forever burned in my head."
Simon Helberg: "We were basically obligated. There was a look that Kaley would get in her eye and we knew there was no backing out. [Laughs] Some people went to more rehearsals than others, and then it became more and more elaborate as the years went on. I was surprised at the fervor that still existed and the fire in Kaley to continue that tradition but she was all pumped up, and I think by the end, there were more cameras shooting us to do those flash mobs than there were used in the show."

I hope they never end the Hollywood icon of live studio audience filming. It's a great experience for not only the background actors but the fans. Keep it alive. Filming before a live studio audience since I Love Lucy (I believe).

This is their 3rd Flash Mob, and Johnny Galecki, never got totally involved in any of them, is he above having fun with his cast mates of 12 years.. So you can't dance, I saw a lot of others that couldn't either, BUT they were having FUN to celebrate 12 years. Will miss TBBT, thank you all for 12 great years. Hope where ever Galecki goes he lightens up and learns to have fun. So very proud of Jim Parsons he learned to have fun with his cast mates, WAY TO GO Jim.
