Hi soixantecroissants, Thank-you for your kind comment. This was my first attempt at time-lapse and i am very happy with the end result. I used a Cannon d5 mkiii. Here are my camera settings incase your interested. Camera was set to: Raw, aperture priority, f11, iso 100. My timer remote was set to 3 seconds. As my shutter speed was constantly changing throughout i had a lot of flicker on the video as expected. I was able to correct this in Adobe Premier CS5, using a plugin called GBdeflicker.
