Eso is a really versatile actor and more amazing by the day. I really appreciate and am completely sold on the pragmatic side of Eso's acting. No bluster or witty wise cracks just a calm, kindhearted uncomplicated guy. It's really straight forward and relatable. I loved how Yemi was so protective of Dera from the start after nearly running her over, and against auntie and Fred. The way Yemi taught Chidera to make a bed w/o making her look foolish was awesome. Mama played by Mrs. Uche Ebere can interpret any role. Ive been a big fan since the classic film Unlocked my Heart with Lota and Enyinna. Mrs. Uche is a hilarious, colorful character, and jumps in with both feet when she portrays certain mom characters. Eso and Debby work so well together. Debby is versatile but never runs out of ways interpreting the classic girl next door from various walks of life. I’m in constant awe how she has created and re-invented this very niche. I like how I've been hearing more pidgin from Debby in recent films. I appreciated when Chidera advised Yemi to bond with Mama in a real way and how they simultaneously captured one another's hearts. The fundamental things about "Maid For Love" being in love, wanting a family, dreams aligning, having butterflies, not comparing and validating love for Chidera, no more lies, Mama was the glue and a wise amazing jewel. Falling in love was never the plan ❤
