I find the "torture" we put video man through oddly comforting. I've always had an issue with change, when everything feels out of control I loop video man and find comfort in his completely unchanged world. Every time I replay him it's the same, the same spot his voice becomes more melodic, the same inflection every single time. It makes my every changing world stand still for just a second and I get just a moment to relax.
