I live 150 km away from Mumbai and I know how beneficial Bullet train is for our region. It will reduce journey time from 3 hrs to 20 mins seriously much needed...
Even cabs from here take ₹4000 for a single journey.

Edited: Bullet trains have different tracks than local trains 😂. Not now but after a decade we will be needing such speedy transportation to fulfill the growing demands.

If such train comes people will start living anywhere outside these cities and still can come to work on daily basis. This ll help in reverse migration. In mumbai Real estate prices wont go up anymore
But in 200 km radius from mumbai the real estate value will increase alot bcoz even if you are 200 kms away from mumbai u can go to Mumbai in 30-40 mins journy take a cab from station to your office add another 30-40 mins

In less than 90 minutes you are at your office and you can work and take another 90 mins to reach home...

The new People who gets their jobs at Mumbai wont pay high rents in Mumbai real estate, but they will buy house in the outskirts of mumbai ( that 200 kms ) then real estate prices of those area will grow
