I didn't realize the hair would turn white too, but I guess if you have a pigment blasting laser it'll blast payment whether it's in skin or hair. Interesting.

His hair isn't turning dry? What're yall talking about, lmao? His hair is literally burning right along with his skin. Laser tattoo removal is literally burning away the epidermis layer of skin while also applying a 3rd degree burn to the dermis layer. The 3rd degree burn on the dermis layer is what (overtime) is supposed to remove the ink (theoretically speaking). In essence once applying the 3rd degree burn the ink raises out of the skin along with the skin cells that are burnt-out and are released from the cells that are still living. Overtime the ink is removed from the body because when the laser burns your dermis layer that holds the ink - they're both able to separate from the body with the epidermis layer already being completely burnt off.

EDIT: My little sister graduated from an advanced esthetics school and is now running her own advanced esthetics office. I'm able to get removal sessions for free myself. Her having the clinic works hand in hand for the both of us considering I'm a tattoo artist myself. She gets clients when referred by me while I also get a kickback from referring clients to her.
