Tangents to a Curve - GCSE Physics

This video introduces tangents to a curve. This is slightly more complicated than calculating the gradient of a straight line. It involves the same method of calculating the gradient of a straight line but with an extra step.
Sometimes you need to work out the slope at a particular point on a curve:
- Carefully draw a straight line with a ruler that just touches the curve
- Work out the gradient of this straight line in the usual way
