Think 3D University is a program that guides cohorts of 20-32 individuals through a learning, growth, and professional development experience together.
The program is designed to develop and train confident and intentional leaders. This is done by developing all three dimensions of growth, personal, professional, and potential.
Content, courses, and fieldwork activities are divided into three primary pillars that support the three dimensions: People, Skills, and Accountability.
The structure of the program embodies knowledge transfer, experiential learning (fieldwork), and reflective learning (individual and group processing).
We believe that by embracing a philosophy and an approach that combines professional skill building with intentional accountability and deep personal growth, we can build leaders from within, which is the most effective way to develop a person, a team, and even an organization.
The T3DU curriculum is accredited and has been deployed effectively in varied environments ranging from Fortune 500 companies, locally owned family businesses, and global retail brands with a successful track record.

What you can expect to learn in T3DU...
Culture is the foundation of what we do, so we begin with establishing a firm understanding of the function and reality of an organization’s or team's culture. From there we focus on the three dimensions and pillars.
Personal + People: Leadership starts from within. We unpack personal beliefs, limiting beliefs, your inner circle and support structure, as well as your leadership mindset.
Professional + Skills: Skills like effective communication, coaching, conflict resolution, problem-solving, strategic thinking, and even articulation and speaking are all tools that an effective and intentional leader needs to understand.
Potential + Accountability: Without accountability, there can be no growth. We spend time exploring time management, leadership networking, relationship building, and self-discipline as tools to ensure leaders are equipped to unlock their highest potential and the potential of those around them.
