This was the clearest way I've ever heard anyone describe loopback on switches. I couldn't hit subscribe fast enough. Thank you!

Thank you David. You are the only YouTube instructor that I've seen that has wonderfully demonstrated with illustrations how loopback interfaces work vs. physical interfaces. Once again, thank you.

Congratulations on the didactic way in which you approach the themes in your videos. Even for those who already know the subject and need to take small doubts, the subject is light and less mass.

Amazing video. I never really understood what was the point of a loop back interface. Now that I am using OSPF, I can see the usefulness. I am subscribing for sure!

I'm currently studying for my CCNA and been studying OSPF for the last 2 days and in the end, I was like WTH really is "Loopback and Loopback Addressing". It was tough enough just trying to digest OSPF entirely. Google searched a few and I saw you had a video. I only understood maybe 60% of what you said as some the stuff went clearly over my head and your fingers moved way to fast. However, I think I was able to understand and after rewinding many times to listen to what you said and demo. It seems like a logical address for the router despite the interface and whether it's up or down and or for OSPF communications. I marked this video to rewatch because I might wake up tomorrow confused again. Thanks for the help, i got some more answers beyond what I was looking for also.

Another great video David. Why did you choose to use EIGRP as your routing protocol here?
Thanks.

Great video, David.
A question, in real world, Loop-If is used to management, right?. Then How does Loop make secure?
