Im just getting out of an abusive situation after almost 10 years and let me tell you, if this is what seeps out in public, what happened behind closed doors is 100% worse. The things Justin does to Hailey are the same type of passive aggressive things my ex used to do to me in public when he couldn’t be more outwardly abusive. When the paparazzi told her “I like your watch!” and she says “Thank you, I bought it myself!” Tells me that Justin frequently tells her that she was nothing before she was with him or holds his finances over her head.

Is it just me or is there like a weird power dynamic going on between them? It feels like she is scared but not just of him, but also of what he thinks of her. She's scared to say anything cuz in her mind he has the power.

To this day, I feel like Hailey is trapped in an abusive relationship, that Justin still has an obsession with Selena which is why she desperately tries to emulate her in an attempt to please him and I definitely agree Selene dodged a bullet. I wonder, considering Selena has tried to defend Hailey from her own fans, if she feels sorry for the woman; fully knowing the abuse she's going through.

I feel like because he grew up famous he has no idea what’s appropriate. He was probably exposed to sex and drugs at parties young so to him it’s just normal. And since he’s lived in the public eye, he isn’t embarrassed by the 60k watching. That too is normal. I don’t think he even understands why his wife is uncomfortable 😅

Ok hear me out....I think she has been in love with him for sooo long that now that she has him she doesn't want to give up even though he sucks. She might sympathize and excuse him for being a child star since she herself was affected by stardom just for being her dad's kid. Now to mention the Lyme disease. Thats the problem though....she is his fan. She's been obsessed with him since she was a child. Her infatuation with him is unhealthy, so there was never any hope for them to have a healthy relationship built off of that foundation. And because she's infatuated with him she is constantly seeking his approval and love so she puts up with his bs. And he probably finds her infatuation to be smothering and annoying so he lashes out in these childish "playful" ways to release that frustration. He could just be a douche, sure, but I dont recall him treating Selena like this - at least not in public.
