These aren’t the homes youd see in an old school documentary on NYC… but they are really cool looking.

Thanks to Jessica Peters for the incredible house tour:

There is no housing shortage for people in this income category.

I like the idea of one apartment per floor.

I think the reason the kitchen feels modern and homey at the same time is the warm brown tones they used. They really thought of everything. It's beautiful! The whole place is!

You've shown a number of apartments in the same price category, Cash. But these really have all the little touches that make them into luxury apartments - a place that you look forward to coming home to. The herring bone floors and tiles in the bath. The kitchen and bathroom hardware. Just simply the SPACE that makes it so much easier to live there. The kitchens and bathrooms have been well thought-out, with lots of room. Much more than most places. Two real gems Cash. Love them!

I have to agree with Cash's assessment of the kitchen. Top notch! Seems they thought of everything. Enjoyed seeing these.

The median household income in NYC is $71K. After taxes and other deductions, that's a net below $50K. Now DOUBLE that net income and this property is still 3x the recommended housing budget (<30% of salary). The "tiny houses" term is a gimmick.

Finally, apartments that have finishes that we haven't seen b4!! I like them. The 1 thing in surprised at is there's no garage space. For that kind of $$$ I think it should be expected. Being so close to the park with a swimming pool might be good but I'm wondering how street parking in the summertime would be. Jessica has definitely brought a couple of winners again

Both apartments are very well designed. Like the kitchen, bathroom/s and the unit with the bigger terrace.
Really nice.

The cost of buying seems to make more sense than the cost of renting in NYC.
These apt's are lovely!

Out of most of the condos, aside from the one across the street from Central Park, I really like these. Just the right amount of fancy where it’s not over the top. Yeah, if I had the budget, I would take the unit without the large terrace.

A floating toilet, wish my apartmen had that, it would make cleaning the bathroom floor so much easier.

Wegman grocery in Baltimore is pronounced like "egg" not "geese". Don t know about NYC. It is a great store. I love your videos. Thank you.

Cash, i usually don't care for the new builds, they seem very cold and sterile. HOWEVER, this one is the exact opposite! It is new, yet VERY warm. Love the kitchen, just love everything. 👍👍s up on these!
