Poppy by Avi 17 of 20 Read Aloud

I'm a pre-service teacher in Ashland, Oregon and our 1st grade class was listening to a daily read aloud of "Poppy" by Avi before schools were shutdown to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic. I am recording myself reading the rest of this incredible story to my students to connect to them and keep them engaged while they aren't in school.
