CholestGenix for Healthy Cholesterol Support

Показать описание
You may have heard the saying that you are as young as your arteries.
You won't have to think very long to understand why that is true.
The help keep your arteries flexible and clog free, you will need an
anti-inflammatory diet, moderate exercise most days and use some
carefully chosen supplements too.
First a side note. In popular literature, HDL, LDL VLDL (lipoproteins)
and cholesterol are used interchangeably even though strictly speaking
they aren't the same thing. We could do a long article about this but I
just want you to know that I know the difference but for the sake of
convention will use cholesterol to be synonymous with the total of the
lipoproteins.
Obviously you don't want your arteries to clog up increasing your risk
of stroke and heart disease. Heart disease is a real bugger but strokes
are to be respected and feared. I have seen too many of these.
Keeping your HDL and LDL in a favorable range does have some effect on
slowing these cardiovascular problems. Drug companies have spent
millions to convince you to take their products but list of bad effects
is probably something you don't want to deal with.
Several botanicals are used in Cholestgenix to help support healthy
cardiovascular function and help maintain healthy levels of
cholesterol. By healthy levels, I do mean keeping them in the ideal
range. Sometimes we see people on cholesterol-lowering meds with total
cholesterol showing on lab tests as 120 mg/dl. Cholesterol is needed
throughout the body for synthesis of cell membranes and hormone
production. Lower is not always better.
CholestGenix is a red yeast rice-based formulation as numerous studies
along with millions of anecdotal reports indicate beneficial effects on
helping normalize modest cholesterol problems. Added in are some other
key botanicals and agents such as chromium polynicotinate, policosanols
and phytosterols. Some researchers have found phytosterols to lower
cholesterol and even have some anti-cancer properties. By anti-cancer
properties, I mean that they tend to have a positive effect on your
overall health. Stigmasterol has been linked to lower cholesterol as
well as being an anti-inflammatory agent. Also added is a coenzyme Q-10
as sometimes red yeast rice can lower this essential anti-oxidant and
component of your energy pathways. Cholesterol-lowering drugs should
not be prescribed without CoQ-10 in my opinion.
The protocol is this. Get your blood tested noting LDL, HDL and total
cholesterol. Take 4-6 capsules of CholestGenix a day for about 6 weeks
and then repeat the blood test.
This is the formula I current take. I find it does not give me
intestinal gripe like Apex Cholestar.
