Who is this reporter to tell a CEO how he should he manage his company? Why doesn’t she make similar demands in other areas of the business? She was totally out of her pro standards.

This is how "white supremacy" sounds when talking down to others.

Condescending, and self defeating tone by the anchor if you want to improve diversity while maintaining meritocracy.

The absurdity and arrogance of her question is why this doesn't make sense. What exactly would a woman bring to his boardroom?

DEI is what destroys companies. Hire based on ability.

The bottom line, potential advisory board members should be considered based on credentials, thus contributing to the long-term success of the company.

Crazy Bloomberg would choose to air this video... Absurd line of questioning. Disgusting.

I am a fan of Caroline Hyde’s work so don’t have an issue if she wants to use her platform to push for diversity in tech, but she needs to be consistent. If you are going to push a male founder of color for more female representation, you should push female founders for more persons of color representation and push white founders for both. Many in media think diversification is only about gender, but it is also about diversity of ethnicities, experiences, backgrounds, perspectives, etc.

❌Every business must have at least one person out of every gender, race, or nationality groups. Otherwise it should be accused with bigotry & sent to jail😒

Such a dumb opening question. If 90% of the people making this stuff are men there's going to be a lot of companies that end up with these structures, with non-discriminatory hiring.
