Why civil engineers in construction industries not offer 35000 salary for 8 year experienced person but IT industry offer 40k to 50k for freshers even though we work for 12 hours and 6 to 7 days a week. There is no benefit in this field. Why god give this much money related stress to us, we also study engineering but choose wrong stream. We take lot of risk than 8 year experienced IT guy and still they earns in lakhs.
For example me with 3 lakhs ctc per annum but IT person earns 12 lakhs per annum. In 10 years he will earn 1.2 crores and I need to work 40 years for that.
Indian ministry should focus on this things, regulate salary structure for us.

My opinion: before I was working in manpower consultancy.. Engineers- freshers and experienced they all highly demand in UAE..my advice come in tourist visa to dubai.. Try try until get job..don't pay consultancy fees.
Accept as freshers if they offers u low salary 2000 aed. gain knowledge experience & jump nxt company after 2yrs...other competitors engineer's one who working in dubai they may tell u habeeebi don't come dubai.. Don't trust them..
