How we do it as Persians except once we lower the temperature to simmer, we wrap the lid with a dish towel, and let it simmer like that for 5 min until all water is absorbed. Turns out super fluffy

Tip: in the beginning dont just add water and think you rinsed it and just cook it nooo!!! You have to wash the rice 3 times and then let it set with no heat for 20 mins after that THEN you can cook it 🙌

Boil water then add rice immediately cover it the steam inside the pot will cook rice even better than that with longer grains. Add nub of butter or table spoon oil n 3 drops of lemon all optional
