In my opinion, the principles behind ido portal, weck method, martial arts or any system that relates or focus on "Movement" or martial intent relates to what Kyrie expresses... It's time we focus on subtler aspects of sports or movement and not just on the mechanical system of " do this drill or that drill " we see that offers false hope and blames lack of hardwork for not improving. While hardwork plays a huge part of our success it's these subtle things that make the difference... Between athletes and greats like kyrie...
