Why isn't the state providing a pre-formulated jury document that the judge just fills in? Surely "judge forgets to include not guilty on the form" should not be an option in a modern justice system.

She’s presided over 4 jury trials and exactly half of them (that we know of) have had massive mistakes committed by the judge. Are we sure she actually passed the bar?

Its infuriating that someone so incompetent can be a judge in such a historic case. She has made major errors in another case as well, violating a defendants right to a public trial by locking his family members out of the courtroom and didn't swear in the prospective jury pool. She is grossly unqualified to be a judge.

Judge: So are they guilty or SUPER GUILTY?

In a different case she closed jury selection to the public which is a breach of the Defendant's right to a public trial (Article 6 of the Constitution) and she forgot to swear in the jury pool.
The defendant plead guilty before the trial could start.

And she's in charge of a case where the former president is accused of breaches of national security.

Being blatantly corrupt is bad enough, but she's utterly incompetent.

She needs to be more than reprimanded and her decisions overturned. She needs to be removed from bench. Like MANY of Rump’s appointees, she is UNQUALIFIED.

Here's an idea, stop giving Kudge Canon a break. She's a grown ass woman, who graduated law school and is a federal judge that keeps showing what a corrupt incompetent she is. Both of which are grounds for being disbarred.

Hold on, I'm confused. If the form asks "did the government prove the charges beyond a reasonable doubt", and gives an option for "No", is that an option to say "Not Guilty"?

From the picture provided, it appears that checking “No” would have the same meaning as “not guilty”.
