You just switched from anorexia to orthorexia...that's what happened to me. I've been vegan and now vegetarian. The ultimate goal of recovering from an eating disorder is "not to be a maniac about food" anymore. The way you still control everything it's a bad sign. I don't want to judge you, I'm just telling you I was like you an year ago. Changing topic...wow I would never be able to eat all that amount of food in one sit ahahah Eating large amount of veggies makes my stomach hurt.

From someone who has worked with eating disorder clients, I congratulate you on eating again and wanting to be healthy. You seem happy... But also hungry (end of video). I encourage you to seek the help of a dietitian or nutritionist for a more balanced food menu. You don't want to trade in one eating disorder for another type of disordered eating.

When I was in law school many years ago, I ate exactly as you are now: mono-meals of fruit during the day, and then a big salad in the early evening with veges, avocado, and a can of soy beans. I've been vegan now for over 43 years, and it's a great way to eat and live. Guaranteed.

Thats not your full recovery. You're still making your old mistakes. Having a balanced diet will eventually satisfy all the nutrients that your body needs. Having only fruits is NOT A HEALTHY CHOICE.

Having what works for you is fine, telling people it worked for you is find, making up bogus facts etc about our digestive system and giving out false info is not fine.

How do you get the good fats that are essential for your brain function ? Aren't you worried about that ? Do you feel as sharp and alert as you were before starting this lifestyle ? Don't feel offended it's just that wanted to try this myself but i was worried about that point.

If you've had professional help for your eating disorder before, please consult them again and tell them about this diet. Listen to what they say and keep fighting the anorexia/orthorexia, because baby, this restrictions aren't made by a healthy mind. Take care!

i do agree this whole fruit makes you fat thing is not true, but... eating to much fruit, especially singling out fruit and eating to much of one kind could give you poisoning. ive noticed raw vegans don't eat enough vegetables only fructose. i know vegies are not the best tasting but you should really have it balanced 50/50... any way, thanks for your video :)

Girlie, I don't understand how you deal with all these discouraging comments you get, but its amazing how you manage to not even argue or have a reply to these people saying you are living an unhealthy life style? And are completely ignorant ? We are just humans, why we being so rude to each other ? You just keep doing you girl, proud to say I'm a supporter of your life style !

To skinny for me to feel inspired in taking on a vegan diet. I eat meat and I'm not fat. I just don't over eat. Everybody's body is different. Some are meat eaters and some aren't. I eat everything, meat, breads, vegetables, fruits. I am 5'2” and fluctuate between 109-110 lbs. I have energy and I'm healthy. It's the processed food that gets you. The sugary, salty, fried, packaged highly processed foods. But chicken with vegetables doesn't make you fat. Over eating and an inactive lifestyle leads to excess fuel that you did not use through out the day and therefore it's stored as fat and reserved for later. Or not eating at regular times.

How can somebody actually believe that eating 3/4 kg of fruit for breakfast is a good choice and part of a balanced diet... And then she's even trying to lecture us about what a healthy diet is lol

Would really like to understand your motivation for putting up videos showing people how skinny you are. It seems rather pathological. Who pulls up their shirt to show people how thin they are and publicly obsesses over what they eat. Get better, then start making videos.
