I am a training coordinator for a global manufacturing organization and we would like to share this video with participants of an internal training program. Are you willing to give us permission to do so? Thank you for your consideration.

Hi Verne, like the check list of ten habits. Honestly, I believe that the #1 habit is honest feedback. Not only "petting" others how great they are, but actually providing real and daily feedback on those goals. And expecting and demanding the same from others. Without the will to demand accountability and be willing to openly and honestly criticize, everything is "just a game".

What a bizarre comment to say that Putin is the wealthiest person ever in human history.

Very good video, I would like to know if this affects different teams in an organization. For example, many organizations have compliance departments. They do not really answer to the customer, but the government. Even if the organization is customer-focused, how are these areas considered? We recently had two federal regulations that show employees as full-time with one calculation and not full-time with another, we explain this to the personnel, but it goes against our focus on providing employees with a great experience. This is not a policy we designed it was applied to us by federal edict. What are your thoughts on this type of situation - which is becoming more and more prevalent in many western countries after 2020.

This really did not capture Rockefeller's habits, anyone could come up with these practices from most business leaders and yes I read the Titan The life of John Rockefeller.
