We have the mop and the concept is great and the mop works brilliantly. One problem I would like Sabco to fix and that is the white swivel plastic part. It snaps very easily and that is the end of the mop. Replace it with a metal part

Ketchup or no ketchup, whomever laid your flooring down had no idea what they were doing! Those slats should have been staggered. You will see in the not too distant future when they start lifting up at the seams!😉

Even a rag will wife up to catch up let the catch up stay on the floor for 2 or 3 days and watch it will not wipe it up

Mop handle was weak and broke within six months and the Velcro section wouldn’t go into the cleaning bucket without pulling off. Would never buy one again.
