AE Modular - Lunetta's Dream

This is an experiment with square waves and logic gates. Two oscillators are pitched slightly apart and sending square waves to a logic gate which sends out 3 different output signals: NAND, AND and XOR. Those are then going to various filters and delays before being passed through the MultiFX module

Wow! Finally listened to the video with headphones and those are seriously fat sounds! I also really like the groove and the pacing of the whole piece, with the slowly introduced variations and the “wailing” voice around 4:30. So cool 👍👍👍

On the way back from planet 27D I realized we had something onboard with us we hadn’t planned on bringing home. Not only that... but this stowaway had hacked in to our equipment and was using it to play Music designed to contact 27D in order to bring craft to follow us. I felt two things about this situation. On one hand I was frightened... but on the other, I was Digging the groove layer of the communication.

that AE modular, does it produce signals with lower impedance than most other modular gear? Nice demo! I can tell that it DOES sound nice! And if THIS can all be had for ~$500?!! This is something of immeasurable value. Modular Alchemy! I really hope this ecosystem takes off and goes somewhere where it was always meant to go, yet where no one could have imagined nor hoped it would, since it’s an incomprehensible place. This piece is a pretty good example of just how EDUCATIONAL the AE system is! I’ve been getting great educational material from you for awhile, and I would attend your classes if you were lecturing anywhere near where I stay. So I really am appreciative of your work, you really have contributed to my smarts. I await more demonstration by way of this and whatever other gear you’ve got under your radar.
