Let's go Elijah! My guy is putting in the work! I started in fitness through running, then got into lifting and triathlon, and now I'm back into running marathons, ultras, and chasing PRs in the gym, all while running my own video production business. It's tough, but if it's important to me, I'll make time for it!

Tip for benching: “stack the joints”. On the movement going down, find the point on the bar where your wrist and elbow are tracking straight with each other

This is so nice to show how you manage to fit everything in. I’m a busy mum of 2 so trying to fit my training in is so tough so seeing that someone else has the same challenges is great. I also had the same problem as you where my car wouldn’t start nightmare 😫

Yo champ good job loved the video quick tip
If you’re doing bb bench there’s no reason to also do db bench in the same workout its the same plane of movement same angle when it comes to hitting your chest i would switch it up to incline db bench or just take it out completely
(depending on your program)
