If they made a Lore Friendly Odin, Odin would actually be a Mage in my opinion, since the Warrior-like theming Hi rez gave him is false, because Odin was a wise god, not that kind of Gods that need to beat the hell out of their enemies to win, Odin can easily throw Grugnir from his palace and hit the target and insta-killing them, his ravens Hugin & Munin give him the ability of omniscience and he was also adored as a God that brings Good Hunting, as you said he rides a 8 legged Horse called Sleipnir, a Child of Loki, since Loki disguised himself as a female horse and had sex with a special horse, thus, Sleipnir was born. Odin was also known as "The Old One" or "Great Father" and I dont know if the Warrior style fits him well, Mage could go better on him, Even a Guardian! a Utility Guardian.

As far as lore accuracy. The spear is a throwing spear, and the eye patch is on the wrong eye.
Also he shouldn't even have a eye patch, norse didn't have eye patches

Odin is odd nowdays, what happend to him. I liked his older kit better than, when he had passive raven vision and stuff. How is the leap attack even related to Odin? They really need to redo him again tbh.

And when they say yes, I reply "GG we win" because we basically do after that.

I think they should make it so that if Odin walks outside of his ring it's destroyed, because if you're playing a character that doesn't have a leap or something like that you're pretty much f***ed if his teammates are around

My only reason why I hate Odin; I want to play him sooo bad... But he's a VERY common pick in casuals. :( I use rather uncommon gods, I guess. Ravana <3

Play a god with a leap. leep strait up to avoid the bird bomb, and leep out of the cage to escape. UNFORTUNATELY Odin is the only warrior with a leep outside of his ult. And it isnt really balanced to have wave clear and a leap.

His cage simply does too much for too long. Attack speed debuff, 100% anti-healing, and effectively a soft crowd control for 6 whole seconds. That's a lot of things to have on the cage, I don't know why it was so much easier to deal with when Odin was also stuck in the cage unless he jumped out, but damn it's up too fast and lasts too long and does too much.

They tried nerfing the CD on it but it wasn't enough, I think they need to start hitting what it does instead.

Now that you mention it, I think the only way Sleipnir can be implemented with Odin's kit intact is only via Odin's Lunge AKA Birdbomb. Shall we say, Odin leaps and gets seated on a magically appearing Sleipnir who's leaping on the sky, and then have it hoof-stomp the ground. That would've implemented Sleipnir without ruining Odin's current kit.

Was playing Joust. Teammates disconnected in the loading screen. Needless to say I won that game. Yes, 1v3. Nuff said, remove Odin from the game.

I don't know about you guys. But after watching this video, I think Odin needs a buff. <3 also I agree... Slepnir should be brought into his kit when he gets his rework...

Love plucking that landing with Sobek, Khepri, or anyone with a grab. It pisses Odin players off so bad, and your teammates will love ya for it.

Here is what you really need to make. How to counter Skadi, I barely fight against any good ones but when I play her I destroy I literally have somewhere near 1400 total kills and i think 79 deaths. Don't believe me I can send you match ids.
